Is my child completely covered by it?

No. The opening is on the side of the bed rather than the top, so they slide in and their head, neck and shoulders stay outside the sheet. They can sit up, turn over and get out whenever they want.
Can they get out on their own?

Yes, and that matters. There are no zips, buckles or fastenings. They can climb out the same way they climbed in, without an adult undoing anything.
Will they overheat?

There is nothing inside it to trap heat the way a heavy blanket does. It is a single light layer that breathes.
How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. The whole sheet goes in — there is nothing heavy inside to work around and nothing to remove first.
What does it feel like?

Soft, smooth and light against the skin — not the sort of thing they fight you about at bedtime. It breathes, so it does not trap heat the way a heavy blanket does, and it gives in every direction, which is where the gentle pressure comes from.

Will it help my child sleep longer?

We are not going to claim that, because the research on pressure and total sleep time does not support it. What parents tell us they notice is different: they stay in their own bed. That is what we built it for.
Does it fit the bed they have now?

Choose by mattress size — twin, full or queen. The sheet itself measures 58″ from top to bottom, so it stretches across the body rather than the whole length of the bed. That is deliberate: it is what keeps their head, neck and shoulders outside it. Nothing is sized to your child.
